Well we gotta start somewhere. English is the base and from the start all menues, information etc will be available in English only. Over time we hope to add more languages. Also we will need editors for each new language to monitor texts, finding great storys to present. There are different legends on the discovery of the 61st second. Some say that it was several thousand years ago. There are some incidents and stories from long ago that indicate that the use of Second 61 may very well have been known back then.

Also one must take into consederation that all S61 societys have worked hard to keep Second 61 a secret.

Yes, people who are very skilled have the ability to move (running,  walking, jumping, climbing) while being in the Second 61. It takes a lot of energy to do this, especially if you don't have real control over it.
Also there are big dangers with moving. Think what happens if you try to walk passed something that was moving, then you loose control and fall out of Second 61 and are hit by the moving object when motion resumes.
A lot of people have been seriously injured or even killed when moving their body. On the other hand - a lot of lives have been saved by acts in Second 61.

Well, that is a good question. Since you cannot measure time in Second 61 (technically it is a moment between minutes when time is not moving) it is impossible to say. But there is no doubt that Second 61 is much longer than regular seconds.
How long a person can stay in S61 depends on skills, physical and pshycological status as well as the time of day and year when entering it.
